Bridal Robes & Boudoir for Metallic Whimsical Campaign
by Marvin Barbarona Videography

Updated on 05 April 2017, Metro Manila

Each year we want to reach new heights in our branding. We want to conquer our comfort zones and make a new workflow to innovate the shooting schedule in a wedding day. As the waves go by, we want to make our own flow. As voices are screaming, we want to whisper our virtuosity softly, gently. Modern weddings have a very dynamic style; with our very first editorial campaign entitled “Metallic Whimsical”, we want to familiarize couples of the latest trend in a wedding photography workflow. We’re starting with the first part of our series sharing you the bridal boudoir. As we have noticed through the first two years of our brand, our chief artist Joshua de Guzman who spent early years in freelance shares his experience. “I started doing freelance work in MNL 2012, after moving from the province to pursue my goal in being a sleek wedding photographer, I have noticed through the years that brides often request for a bridal boudoir. Before with the traditional weddings I have assisted in my starting years, (2010-ish) brides normally have the hair up immediately before the gown fitting. After the inception of Project JDG Weddings March 2014, we have been sealed with our branding in captivating sophisticated wedding photography. Some of the bride's requests for a hair down look with more volume in the hair styling to prep up for the boudoir – I wanted to showcase that to more sophisticated brides coming in our schedule throughout the year, it's not about being sexy from the outside - but the beauty that resonates from within that reflects through bridal boudoir." Bridal Boudoir, is a sexy new trend that's especially popular as a wedding day gift from a bride to her groom. Boudoir photos are usually taken wearing either long robes or lingerie. With this concept, we are blessed to have gathered local suppliers with a worldwide value of craft for weddings. We have carefully handpicked suppliers that inspired us to be better in every project. These skillful suppliers also touched a lot of couples [including celebrities] heart with their hard work and passion in what they do. Beyond expectation, beyond measure. Through the blog, we will be sharing La Tercera’s Tercera, La Novia Collection, partnered with Whitekraft Styling’s very soft and endearing set design. “Custom robes and dressing gowns to make every bride look and feel no less than a queen as she gets ready on her most special day. With an array of styles and luxurious fabrics to choose from, Tercera La Novia robes may also be used as thoughtful personalized gifts for the whole entourage, or just for lounging around in style. Because every part of your wedding should be picture-perfect. :)” Sheena, one of the ladies of La Tercera Together with the robes is their La Novia Acentos Collection | Bridal Accents that give the bride’s Luxurious lingerie sets and delicately unique hair accessory pieces, meant to complement and complete the bride's look.
