How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
We will try to be flexible and use every possible way to make the couple and their family to be relaxed, make them felt like we are the part of their family. If there's Wedding Organizer, we will try to collaborate to direct the Procession as the couple Culture.
What rate do you usually charge at?
It's Depend on what packages that the couple choose, we try to be as flexible as we could.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
2-4 Months, depend on the waiting list.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The ideal time is between 4-6 Months before the day, could be faster is necessary.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Depending on the scale of the wedding. We will give the best Suggestions for the numbers.
What makes your services unique?
We expert on giving the best services and make the client felt like the part of the family. Our Photo and Video team also have the unique skill to approach the client, not only for the result but also to make them comfort.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client provide us the meal, so we can be more focus on the shoot, not how do we eat.
What is your payment terms?
20% after the agreement, 30% on 2-3 Months Before the event, 50% in 1 Month before the event.

Our business is started in 2012, we were young and ambitious to take the best part of the couple.
