Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes we do and we will inform client upper hand.
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We only give selected digital files that the client choose.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
As a full time photographer, we will do anytime any day that our schedule permits.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I will plan and research for my shoot before the event day and i will print storyboard so the client knows what i have plan for them. That way, they can understand and follows the poses guided for them.
What rate do you usually charge at?
Depending on the packages they want, we customized base on their budget.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Usually it takes less than 7 days before proof be ready for reviews.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Depending on the items of the client, usually it will takes between 4-8 weeks before we can deliver the products.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Ideal time between 3-9 months, the earlier the better so they have more time to plan.
What makes your services unique?
Our goal is to provide this by photographing all the details, smiles and tears of joy on your wedding day.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Clients will always take good care of us, they will even tell us to have our meals in between the event. Most events, client always provide food and beverages.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
30% booking fees to secure dates, 50% payable on the event day and balance 20% when product delivers.
When was your business established?
I started photography since 2001, been working closely with BBC News and Reuters (Singapore Based). Doing photography and news broadcasting. in year 2006, started doing freelance event photography. (Singapore GP, Concerts, Corporate Events). By 2014, Yaz Photography was registered as a sole proprietorship and run photography and videography full time basis.
