Dari awal kita planning wedding udah dibantuin sama team TRT. Itu helpful bgt apalagi saya ga tinggal di Indonesia. Jadi semuanya hanya via whatsapp n zoomcall. Dan semuanya sesuai bahkan better dari yang awal planning krn rencananya berubah h-1. Klo ga ada team cici ini ga bisa deh weddingnya😅 semuanya bagus kerjanya dan helpful😇. Working with the TRT team led by Novi has been a smooth experience for our full-day wedding celebration at The Apurva Kempinski, Bali in March 2024. Everyone we dealt with from the very early meetings and throughout the entire planning process, have been a pleasure to deal with as they are kind, fun, professional & fully committed to making our day a special one. They made it super easy to work with (prompt responses, gave great recommendations) whilst we were not Bali based and made planning our wedding from overseas that much easier. On the day itself, the whole TRT team have gone above and beyond to ensure that we did not have to worry about how the day would unfold, to let us enjoy every moment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, as well as many of our guests who have personally mentioned to us how impressed they were with the whole wedding planning team, as all events went smoothly, on time, with all guests knowing where to go with no delays.
