Dear Jesslyn, On behalf of Oma Thia's Catering we apologize for these matters. However please allow us to explain.. 1. For non alcoholic beverages we served pass around, and for the mineral water we already went around and refilled the empty glasses. As for the alcoholic beverages, we admitted that we had slow service, consider we only had 1-2 bottles from the Organizer gradually. However, we still served and let the guests know about this matter. 2. About slow refilling in the food tray, most of the dishes is live cooking menu such as Pork Ribs, Satay and Grilled Corn that we had to do it live in front of the guests. And yes, the guest have to wait a bit for the grilled dishes to refill at our food tray, consider these type of foods are the favorites. And as we know, the Organizer opened the Buffet 10 minutes earlier without letting us know, from 7pm to 6.50pm while we were still preparing all the grilled dishes.
