    What do your packages include?
    We cover prewedding and wedding videography. Different combination packages are available depend on request.
    Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
    Yes, we have 3 leaders team available for each wedding day. When you booked a specific name for your wedding day, that director will be locked to capture your special moment.
    What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
    We are pretty flexible for this policy. Just provide the meal so we can get boosted to capture your next moment. :)
    Do you give access to your raw footage?
    Yes we do. All raw footage are transferable to client's hard disk.
    Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
    A communication between content maker and client are a key success of a great artworks. Yes, we are open for suggestions.
    How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
    Usually 3-6 months. It depends on how long the client review the video draft from us. Basically you will receive the first draft approximately 3 months after your wedding date.
