the most ideal is 6 months or more. But we would recommend to book us as soon as you decide on the date.

Yes depends on concept, budget, and client request . we also have many wonderful place references in Indonesia and overseas
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
We do directing before the process begins. We brief them what to do but they can improve with their own style, but we also explore the unique side, romanticism, baper moment that we will combine with the concept of #ceritakita by heroes
What is your payment terms?
50% for the deposit and the rest of the payment needs to be settled 2 weeks before the photoshoot.

Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
Yes we will send and photographers and team that available for replacement

Yes it depends on the agreement with the client (* but there is an extra fee charge that must be pay for the welfare of our team, because for us the health and safety of work procedures is an responsibility )

Usually client will be informed to provide the meals on the D-day for all crew :)

We introduce content of wedding magazine and videography of romantic short stories that we branding called #CERITAKITA by heroes to give different impression from our client and audiences, but other services & packages to improve on clients needed. We have a different approach for each client, because each has their own story. In addition, our clients also like the final packaging that we customize for them.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
Yes we provide standard photography & filming tools for shooting, like Camera support 4K resolution, drone and any others (* as you needed or special treatment for the concept, we will support)

How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Depending on the scale of the wedding, for an intimate wedding we have a team of 4 people. If you are using more equipment for bigger or ballroom wedding we have 8-10 people

Yes see the detail on packages we have, same day edit only for video 1 till 2 minutes video highlight , why ? because we pay attention to detail and we also must stay close to the concept

30% after a confirmation of the contract 20% be settled 2 weeks before the photoshoot & video shooting , and the rest of 50% paid off completed when submitting files

paling cepat tim kita akan memaksimalkan pada 2 minggu setelah acara , paling lama sekitar 2 bulan setelah acara
