From the very start of our wedding planning journey, we had our hearts set on Elior as our decoration vendor. We were already fans of their signature style, so it didn't take us long to reach out and check their availability for our big day — and thankfully, they were available! Before the design process began, Elior asked us to fill out a detailed questionnaire to help them truly understand our personalities and preferences as a couple. This thoughtful step made all the difference, as it allowed the team to create a decoration concept that felt deeply personal and truly represented us. When it came time to review the design, the process was smooth and quick — Elior seemed to know exactly what we envisioned. On the day of the reception, we were blown away. Everything exceeded our expectations — in fact, the actual setup was even more beautiful than the design preview! We received so many compliments from our guests about the decoration. The team was incredibly professional, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. We highly recommend Elior to anyone looking for exceptional wedding decoration.
