Bali Wedding Specialist

No word can describe how grateful I am bisa ketemu sama Paul and his team, BaliWeddingSpecialist and have them as my WO. Never have the thought to have a destination wedding. We both stayed oversea for years and had no idea about the trends; vendor sourcing and how wedding stuff works in Indo. So we decided to start off looking for the best WO that is suitable for both of us. We had meeting with few vendors that we selected, and both of us immediately agreed to go with BWS! You know that kind of panic and insecure feeling when time is ticking and you dont know what to do and where to start, yup, i was there. But after the 1st meeting with Paul, huff… suddenly I felt my 8-months wedding planning from oversea seems possible. Talking to Paul is super comfortable dan nyambung banget, and that's my top priority. Basically Paul is like a bestie to me, segala macem dibantu, ga pelit kasi suggestion, tips-tips and pilihan vendor-vendor yang super. Dari dianter jemput buat food tasting, even after the wedding masi bantu kirimin parcel back to Jakarta. I can say i'm very picky person, cari celebrant maunya englishnya bagus dan harus ganteng, and Paul make it happen!! Mau cari MC yg multi-lingual dan cantik, Paul also make it happen!! Even on the D-day when the day seems too bright, Paul help to arrange and reschedule to make sure our guests is comfortable. And when it seems going to rain, BWS team help to call the Pawang again to shoo the rain away. I guess on the D-day Paul and the team standby almost 24 hours, cause they were there when I start my make up at 6am, and they were there when all the guests left after party at 3am the next day. And the most memorable of all is Paul is the one suggested to us to add firework to our event, and dare I say it was one of the most memorable moment for us and for our families and friends. Marrying my husband is the best decision I made last year, choosing BWS as our WO is probably the second best decision I made. Thanks buat Siska, the bestest bride assistant yg make sure my whole day completed, dari MUA ontime, photo on time, nulis vow ON TIME! Thanks buat Kadek, yg direpotin weeks even months in advance ganti bookingan hotel 2 hari sekali, dikejar kejar urusan invoice bolak balik Thanks buat rest of BWS team for being the best superb people on our wedding day. Dijaman covid, live abroad, dan ngeplan wedding with only 8 months, seems impossible at first. Luckily we met Paul and his team at BaliWeddingSpecialist. Semua kepanikan hilang sekejap, dibantuin dari A to Z, dikenalin vendor sana sini and each of them are top notch and really suit our styles and budget. I mean, siapa yg nyangka, in the first/second meeting when we said our family mostly speak Mandarin and english, without a pause, Paul introduce us the one and only Wedding MC in Bali who speak fluent Mandarin and English + bonus Bahasa juga, all in one person. Paul really goes above and beyond in organising our wedding, dari nyetirin kesana kemari pas lagi prewed and down with fever, dibombardir pertanyaan dan chat chat gajelas sampe jem 3pagi, until hari H stay with us untill the after party ended and everyone left, Paul tetep take care of us untill the very last minute of our wedding day. His team also one of the best group of people that we cannot be grateful enough to have while we navigate our surreal wedding day, dicariin pawang yg super ampuh, asisten-asisten bride, groom, bridesmaid, groomsmen, family, semua super accomodating, they all make sure they done their job and more importantly they make sure we are having the best time of our life. Not a single thing I would change if i got to travel back in time, except probably make Paul drinks more in the after party ;P Last year, our only plan is to get married. This year, not only we get married, we also met amazing peoples and made new friends in BWS Cheers to successful years ahead and know that you have our forever thanks Paul!

Always heard that preparing your wedding even until the wedding day comes is such a pain in the ass and so stressful. Luckily it does not happened to us. All sort of things was very well planned and not a little thing to miss.
