full day documentary video will be provided, this will be as good as providing raw footage as we have edited the video to be able to watch like your own mini movie

additional charge of SGD250 / hrs will apply. Do note ,there will be no morning surcharge.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
We will usually deliver the final video within 3 to 4 months due to the fact that we will need to edit the final video into a mini movie.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
10% after confirmation of contract, 40% after the event, and 40% upon the final product delivery

What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per event depending on the package choose by the couple
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be 6-12 months prior to wedding
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Depending on the scale of the wedding, we usually adjust the number of people involved accordingly and rest assured the minimum people present will be 2.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually our client provides meal but our videographer could take care of their own meals as long as it was informed.
For dinner, taking break is usually in between the morning and evening session and it is approximately 5 to 6 hours.
Lunch, taking break is 2 to 3 hours. If there is a same day edit, the usual break will be used for editing the video to be played during the banquet.
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
We usually capture the most natural moments of the couple on the day and the essential elements of their wedding. Directing will only be done when the couple are out of position or not at ease but we will limit too much of the acting as we believe and love the natural expression and emotion.
