    Buat aku pribadi memilih WO itu harus sesuai dengan kita. Harus click dan juga ada chemistrynya. Adhyakti dari awal sudah bisa menciptakan itu semua dan juga membuatku nggak berpaling ke WO lainnya! Kalau ditanya bagaimana kerjanya saat acara pernikahanku, Adhyakti bekerja dengan sangat luar biasa dan profesional. Diluar itu Mbak Roro sebagai pemilik Adhyakti sangat solutif dan menjadi pendnegar yang sangat baik untuk sang 'bride to be'. Tidak ada kata lain selain luar biasa untuk Adhyakti! Semua orang terutama keluarga memberi nilai yang sangat baik juga untuk Adhyakti diacara pernikahanku. Dan yang terakhir untuk para 'bride to be' Adhyakti adalah solusi yang terbaik untuk kalian yang sedang mencari Wedding Organizer / Planner.

    Olaaa Adhyakti teamm! It's been 1,5 months since my wedding, yet I still clearly remember how organized and joyful it was, of course because of you guyss. At first, we would like to say thank you to Mbak Hessy (read: Mbak Roro) and the rest of Adhyakti team which helps us throughout our wedding journey. We are more than blessed to have Adhyakti team as our wedding organizer (not only organize but plan as well :p) We've gone through so much ups and downs with Adhyakti team along the way, from the unexpected flood the day before the engagement (which we finally need to move the event & all the decorations in less than 24h), all the "unusual" requests that my dad throw to Adhyakti team (which they succeed to accommodate), and of course the big smiles & compliments (from parents friends, my friends, family, literally everyone who came to the wedding) that me & my family witness, even several days after the wedding.     What wedding planning services do you offer?
    We offer full assistance of wedding planning and or wedding organizing service. Down from the concept making and up to executing the organized wedding treatment on the D-Day.
    Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
    We support any religion needed our assistance for wedding purpose. We don't limit our service coverage to any specific religion.
    What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? Min? Max?
    The maximum number of guests we organized was 3000 people. The minimum number was 250 guests. With varied number of vendors in the coordination process.
    How many weddings do you plan a year?
    By far, we planned 12 weddings a year. We aim to plan 6 weddings and 20-24 weddings next year.
    Do you plan weddings internationally?
    We aim to plan weddings internationally.
    How soon should I book your services?
    For planning service, we suggest to book our service 9 months prior to the d-day
    What is required for booking your services?
    Agreed down payment and schedule availability. We only serve 1 wedding per day.
    How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
    The maximum working hours needed on the day of the wedding would be approximately 20 hours for a full day wedding service (including wedding preparation).

    Day of coordinator, Full planning, Partial planning
    What sort of planning do you cover?
    Budget preparation,  Detailed task checklist,  Venue selection,  Reception planning,  Ceremony planning
    What is your primary expertise?

    Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
    appointment is welcomed every Tuesday to Friday, in between 10 am to 7 pm
    Minimum and maximum number of guests of a wedding you would coordinate
    We basically tailor our service based on the clients' needs. So the number of guests we would coordinate in a wedding really depends on their requests.
    Do you speak other languages should there be any overseas couple who wants to use your services?
    English, both written and spoken.
    Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
    we have served Bogor and Bali area.
    How far in advance should your client make a booking?
    6 months prior to the wedding day for wedding planning service, and 2 months before the wedding day for on the d-day organizing service.
    How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
    Price is included up from 10 to 20 hours of active operational working hour on the day of the wedding.
    What makes your services unique?
    We are willing to go extra mile to settle all the details necessary, down from the preps, up to on the d-day showtime.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Bank transfer
    What is your payment terms?
    30% after agreement signing, 20% after wedding guidelines are produced, 50% after final meetings (2 weeks prior to the d-day).
