Jono & Diana - Wedding
by I Love Bali Photography

Updated on 18 November 2017, Bali

Most people planning to get married may aspire for a dream wedding in Bali. They may want to be wed in a great white chapel located on a precipice overlooking the vast expanse of the blue ocean. Who wouldn’t dream of such a wedding? Kamaya Bali Wedding satisfies most of the criteria for such a dream wedding, and that was why Jono and Diana personally nominated this facility for their holy nuptial. Kamaya Bali Wedding is located at the tip of a spectacular precipice in Uluwatu that boast unparalleled scenery. Jono and Diana started from scratch to bring their dream wedding in Bali into reality. They travelled from Jakarta, where they currently live, to Bali in order to ‘handpick’ and inspect the very perfect and ideal location for their nuptial. Thanks to a reputable wedding organizer in Bali, their pains eventually paid off. They opted to be wed in November. As a matter of fact, it was a risky time to have a wedding in Bali in November because monsoon reaches its peak in that very month. And the fear is not baseless: one day prior to their actual wedding, heavy rainstorms hit the area of Uluwatu and its surroundings. Thankfully, on the day of their wedding the sky was sunny and the air was balmy. Jono and Diana wished to have their sacrament at Kamaya Bali Wedding but for the wedding reception they chose New Kuta Golf, which lies a couple of minutes away. These events were run separately because they had invited 200 guests and sadly, Kamaya Bali Wedding only accommodates 100 people. Diana had ordered for two different wedding gowns. The first is white and the other is bone-white. Clad in the white gown looked so graceful in the company of two bridesmaids clad in yellow. What a pleasant sight it was. Diana looked so relaxed. She cracked a lot of jokes and laughed with the bridesmaids when they were readying themselves for the big event. Jono wore a matching blue suit and looked so manly. The wedding procession started with a tea ceremony. Diana (with a veil covering her face) and her parents awaited Jono in a separate Room. The bridesmaids stood ready near the entrance door. Not long after that Jono arrived at the scene with his parent. In his hand was a flower bouquet. When the tea ceremony was completed, they readied themselves for the blessing. Jono stepped closer to the altar, followed by Diana who walked gracefully to the music. A priest presided over the ceremony. Each of them pronounced their vows of love, exchanged wedding rings and sealed their promises with a kiss. What an emotional moment not that they are officially a husband and a wife. Shortly before the newlyweds and the guests departed to New Kuta Golf for the wedding reception, those who had the honor to witness to holy nuptials formed two lines flanking the way out and showered the pair with flowers. It’s now time for you to create your own wedding in Bali. Congratulations from us to Jono and Diana! I Love Bali Photography ~ Bali Wedding Photographer
