Our office is open Mo days to Saturdays, from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
I direct our clients’ movements minimally but generally, we do our best to be unobtrusive, watching and documenting the day as it unfolds.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge per event.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
4-6 months after client’s approval.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time for our client to contact us is 4-6 months prior to the event.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
We usually have 5 people in the team.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually, the client takes care of the meal but our videographers can bring their own meals.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
We normally ask our client/s to pay 50% upon booking and the other 50% on the day of the event. This is negotiable.
