Michael and Mel first met during a work meeting and after being friends for quite some time, they finally started dating. On the third year, Michael proposed to Mel in one of the most romantic places in the world, Ravello, Italy. It was his birthday and they were having dinner at a restaurant overlooking Amalfi Coast, "All of a sudden the musicians popped out followed by the photographer and he knelt on the floor with a ring in his hands. Apparently, he has been keeping the ring with him for 7 days straight since we're in Italy, from Rome all the way down south to Ravello!" the bride-to-be reminisced.
For the engagement shoot, the couple decided to stroll around Sydney and Melbourne in Australia as it is a place very close to Mel's heart. "We very much want the shots to capture our spontaneous and fun-loving personality," she said. As you can see, all the photos beamed with natural light and beautifully highlighted the deep chemistry shared by the lovebirds, giving a truly heartwarming feeling to the album.
During the photo shoot, Michael shared an interesting moment with us. "It was freezing cold during the morning shoot in Melbourne and Mel was dressed in lacy dresses. She was shivering while I was laughing at the sight while trying to keep her warm," Aren't they such a lovely couple? There to capture it all was the photographer of Prologue Weddings who made all the couple's vision came true. "He's very attentive to both details and our wants. He has always made it a point to listen before he advises," they enthused.
