All things rustic has been loved by so many brides-to-be across the Philippines. That being said, it was natural that Lea and Mikhail, a couple based in Metro Manila, also fancies this country-inspired theme. "We don't want to go out of town, yet it was somewhat challenging to find an outdoorsy environment that embodied our rustic wedding vision," the bride explained. Thankfully, the pair finally came across the perfect venue in Quezon City. "We found the ruistic Sampaguita Gardens which coincides with the fresh and floral feeling we wanted," Lea explained further.
As soon as they secured the venue, Lea and Mikhail seized the opportunity to make the most out of the manicured garden for their upcoming wedding. "Each detail was inspired by and purposely made to match the venue. From invitation to bridesmaids dresses, we consistently wanted everything to be executed within the garden's aesthetics," she said. Therefore, it wasn't surprising at all when the pair emphasized a color palette of pastels and blush for the wedding.
Fast forward to the reception, the overall decoration was beautiful especially the overhead light fixtures. Evoking a similar rustic vibe, a three-tier naked wedding cake accentuated with fresh flowers and greenery ultimately completed their celebration.
