Many married couples find it hard to keep the sexual spark alive when the reality of daily life takes over. The time to exclusively devote physical relationship with partner becomes lesser and lesser. Here are our top three tips on how to fix that:

1.Be attracted and stay attractive

Staying attracted to each other is one of the hardest to do, but fundamental, in marriage. More than the physical appearance, it is more about how you feel about yourself and your partner, and vice versa. Do you remember the early stage of your romantic relationship with your partner? You were so good at making yourself desirable. You kept yourself fit, clean, and minty fresh all the time. You paid attention to how you acted and how you smiled. You cared about making eye contact and you tried hard to make your partner laugh with you. However, as your relationship matures, those little efforts seem menial. You take your partner for granted and make yourself less attractive for your partner. How about you try to regain some of those good old days glory again? Remind your partner of why he fell in love with you in the first place.

2. Do things together

Doing things together don't always have to be sexual, but it will help you to be more sexually active. It may seem impossible to do once you let your daily life get in the way, but you need to try to do something together at least, as experts recommend, three times a week. You don't have to go out of the box or out of your way to find activities. Find things you can do within your daily routines. You can cook together or go for a walk around the neighborhood after dinner. Make deliberate efforts to interact with your spouse and the chance to bond to reestablish connection.

3. Touch often

While you're doing things together, make sure to touch each other often. Touch doesn't always have to be sexual. Hold your partner's hand when walking down the grocery aisle, rub your partner's shoulders from time to time, give some hug and kiss before parting for work. Touching helps us feel more connected with one another and it's a good point to keep the spark alive and may lead to a greater experience in bed with your spouse.
