Bali Wedding Atelier

There are many decisions to be made when planning a wedding. But one of the most important decisions is picking your wedding organizer. And I can tell you with absolute certainty, that Bali Wedding Atelier (BWA) is the right choice. When I first met Kim, I told him two things. I gave him my budget and I told him I wanted my wedding to be fun. And boy did BWA deliver. Kim and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. It was basically autopilot. Zero stress. The wife? She loved every bit of it. She, more involved than I, worked closely with Kim, Velia and the team. The BWA team meticulously planned and crafted every detail to help make the wedding of our dreams come true. From start to finish, everything was professional, transparent and clearly laid out. I cannot recommend BWA enough. Our wedding at Khayangan was over two weeks ago and to this day my friends continually remark on how fun, epic, amazing and beautiful it was. It was as close to perfect as you can get. And I know it would not have been possible without Kim, Velia, Sila, Irene and the rest of the team at BWA. Yes, planning a wedding can be scary. But do not worry. With BWA your dreams will in fact come true.

From the beginning right up to the wedding day, BWA has been with us through thick and thin. They reassured us, is thoroughly experienced and organised with the ins and outs of not only western customs, but traditional chinese customs as well. We were so thoroughly impressed and beyond satisfied with their work and service. They are also so well connected with vendors, and they know exactly who to ask, and who to recommend. Not only do they give you a list, and ensure that everything is laid out in a well-prepared data sheet, they are so quick to get back to you with any little quotations and questions. One little scenario that I would like to share as a bride, is that when I first chose my MUA with a trial, and it didn't look right, BWA took it upon themselves to make sure to understand and reassure my needs, they also found the perfect person for the job who I later trialed with and was much more happier with the results! So this is an example of how they were so quick and supportive of everything. Foreign couples, do not fear! BWA is completely fluent in English! My husband is Indonesian, and although this has made the process of getting married in Bali much easier, BWA have made it easy and clear for me to understand as well throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Pak Kim and Velia for being absolute stars and troopers! They are both so understanding, professional, and passionate with what they do. They truly deserve all the praise and recognition they deserve. They craft your wedding specifically for you, and make sure that all the attention to details of what makes you and your partner a couple, included in the wedding. We are beyond grateful for being able to work with you both. Another special thanks to everyone who worked with us during the day as well, including Irene, Sila and Wikwik.
