Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
because we only provide services 1 day to 1 client
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
I can provide services in the cities and other countries, adapted to the budget and the package that we provide to the prospective client.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
we use cameras with Canon and Nikon brands (Canon 60D, Canon 5d mark II, Canon 6D, Nikon D700, Nikon D3s, Nikon D750, Lens With L series), and we also used the drones with brand DJI PHANTOM 3 for Cinematic wedding.
Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
we are always available
Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
to provide satisfactory service to clients by providing all the files in the DVD.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
we are always avaible in 1 or 2 hours again.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I direct them with my style team, to get the best chemistry that moment with them.
What rate do you usually charge at?
we charge hourly, or per event depending on the package picked by the brides
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
depending on the requietment of the client , they usually get the proof ready for a review 3-7 days after the wedding days
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
depending on the requirements of the client, they usually get the final album 3-6 weeks after client after their approval
How far in advance should your client contact you?
the most ideal time for a client to contact us would be 3-12 months prior to the wedding.
What makes your services unique?
dengan ide-ide kami yang tidak biasa dalam membuat sebuah moment itu tercetak dalam bentuk sebuah photo, kami unik, kami berbeda dari yang lain dan kami selalu membuat klient 1 berbeda dengan klient yang lainnya.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
usually our client provides meal but our photografer could take care of thier own meals as long as it was informed before D-day and our photographers usually carry chocolate in his pocket for their stock

30% after Confirmation of contract, 30% After Event, and 40% Upon the final delivery
