Does a client need to schedule an appointment?

No , I answer all client inquiries within 24 hours.

How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?

I like to direct my couples personally. At the beginning of each session, I will spend 5 minutes or so going over some basic poses and general information. During the shoot, I will only touch the couple to guide them into a pose with their permission but normally I demonstrate the poses myself when applicable.

What rate do you usually charge at?

We charge per event based on the coverage or packages that my clients choose.

How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?

I always give my clients a "Sneak Peek" on the same night of the event by posting a couple of their images on my Facebook page and then I have a blog post ready within two weeks that I put up on my website. Once their blog is posted, my clients will be able to access their online gallery as I continuously add photos to it.

How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?

Depending on the requirements of my clients, wedding images are delivered between 4-6 weeks after the event and portrait sessions are delivered 2 weeks after the session.

How far in advance should your client contact you?

The most ideal time for a client to contact us would be 6-12 months prior to the wedding. Portrait sessions are typically booked 1-2 months prior. Regardless of the timeframe, we still encourage clients to contact us even with short notice because we are flexible and if we can help, we would love to!

What makes your services unique?

As photographers, my husband and I, are able to understand and direct couples for perfect candid pictures. We are always friendly, warm and encouraging. We know how to make you feel comfortable and allow you to become yourself on your big day. We work to create a fun and relaxing environment and we are very unobtrusive during your special day.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?

Usually our clients provide our meals for wedding coverage that is 6 hours or longer. Aside from a quick dinner break, we do not take any other breaks throughout the day. Our focus is on you and capturing as many of your special moments as we can.

What payment systems are available for your business?

Credit card payment, PayPal, Cash

What is your payment terms?

We require a retainer fee and a signed contract to book your date. The remaining balance is then split into three payments, 75% of your contract balance is due prior to your wedding day and the final 25% balance is due when you receive your products.

When was your business established?

It was not until I became a stay-at-home mom back in 2013, that I was able to focus solely on my photography. That is when I was able to start my business.
