A neoclassical house in a 1,200 sqm lot, Available for Photoshoots and Filming. 2 hour minimum, up to 10 people INCLUSIONS: • 1st floor only (living room, meeting area, entertainment room, dining area, kitchen, dressing room, powder room, courtyard & front lawn), • Use of water, outlets, lights, and air conditioning. PROPERTY RULES: • All smoking is strictly prohibited, • Please do not move any furniture, • Please do not touch any of the artworks, • No food or beverage is allowed on site, • Fire hazards such as fireworks, lanterns, and smoke bombs are prohibited, • Please keep the venue clean, properly dispose of all trash at the end of the designated rental time, • The use of drones is not permitted without prior approval, • Children are welcome, but are at all times under full parental responsibility, any damage and/or soiling caused by the child will be subject to a repair or replacement charge, • No animals of any kind are to be brought to the venue without prior approval, • An additional hourly fee if you exceed your time limit. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Rp 5.000.000 is required to cover any damage or breakages to the property. Please be aware that any breakages, loss or damage during the rental period or any additional cleaning required after your rental period will result in deductions from your security deposit. In addition, you (the person making the booking) remain liable for the full costs of replacements or repairs which are not limited to the amount of the Security Deposit. You are fully entitled to request an invoice and receipts itemizing any deductions.
